How the child comes to behave in society is a direct reflection of what he has observed and learned in his initial environments known as the home and school.  Since parents and teachers are the main components of these early environments, they are the models from which the child forms.  Along these lines, the only way to guarantee the health and success of the next generation of children is via the parents and teachers themselves.  It is only by properly training parents and teachers on this monumental task that we can truly pave the way for a bright future for our children. 

For this purpose, IntelliBee® has created an innovative training program that transforms the experience at home and in the classroom into one of harmony, love for learning, natural discipline, joy and order.  Our trainings provide a framework for parenting and teaching from the inside out that generates healthy, stimulating environments from which children who are balanced, brilliant and happy arise.  Such children will be free of the myriad of common disorders and limitations that impede the happiness and success of so many adults today. 

Parents and teachers must understand that education does not occur when we force feed knowledge or learning onto children, education occurs 24/7 primarily via the every day intearctions with their environments and the adults within their environment that serve as models. In the IntelliBee® Trainings, parents and teachers discover a new understanding of what a true model is and how the environment forms our children.  This is the real foundation for a child's development and what a healthy, proper model for parenting/teaching looks like.  The program is taught in a hand's on manner where parents and kids become immersed in a healthy, nourishing environment that they are able to transfer easily to the home or classroom.  And since no 2 kids, families or classrooms are alike, each participant also gets individual guidance throughout the program to guide you in achieving your development goals with maximum efficiency and ease. 

 So many of today's parents and teachers feel their task is difficult and often frustrating. This is the result of not having had a proper manual or model to guide us in our most important task!!! The IntelliBee® training transforms our relationship with our kids (and our roles as models/teachers) to one of ease, flow and enjoyment.  You will experience more joy in your role, greater communication and love with your kids, more harmony at home or in your classroom and the space to breath that accompany these.  However, the children will be the ones to benefit most as they are given the opportunity to develop into the ignited brilliant, joyous, confident and self-reliant children all have the inborn capacity to be.
